30 km from Asti and 50 km from Turin, the property is located in the heart of Monferrato and consists of 3 rooms. If you are a family or a group of friends, we offer you a suite consisting of two bedrooms (sleeps 4 + 1) with a shared bathroom. The common areas are spacious and equipped: the kitchen-living room has a refrigerator, microwave and kettle, the large terrace is furnished with armchairs and sofas. The car can be parked in the courtyard for free. The space If you are a family or a group of friends, we have a small suite consisting of two rooms, Camilla and Nuvola (up to 4 beds with the possibility of adding a bed), with a shared bathroom. In both rooms there is Wi-Fi and TV. From the entrance you can access the kitchen/breakfast room common to all the rooms: it is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and kettle to make tea or coffee. The kitchen is also equipped with dishes and pots. In the utility room there is an iron and a clothes drying rack. Outside, a large terrace, partly covered, equipped with sofas and armchairs. Guest access The entire first floor of the building is available for guests' exclusive use. There is a bar and a grocery store nearby that can be easily reached on foot.
