The space February/March/May/September/October/November: Book 6 nights – stay 7 nights! The charming Bavarian town of Miesbach is the perfect starting point for your vacation. Your vacation home is quietly located on the outskirts and is still only 2 minutes from the city. You can reach Munich in about 40 minutes by car. Also by train, which departs 2 km away, you can be in the Bavarian capital in about 40 minutes. The beautiful Tegernsee, Schliersee and the Bavarian Alpine region, which offers countless excursion possibilities, can also be reached quickly by car. Your vacation home offers you plenty of space to feel good with about 170 sqm of usable space. * Free parking spaces are available right by the house. * Look forward to a large sun terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, a dining set, a barbecue area and a Swedish hot tub (please note, it is not a Jacuzzi with bubbles). Independent commissioning, heating with wood - duration about 3 hours). Ground floor: * A modernly equipped eat-in kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy. * In the living room you will find a cozy dining set and a fireplace for cozy evenings. * Entertainment is provided by a UHD TV with Blue-Ray DVD player. * A separate toilet is also available. Other things to note We look forward to making your stay unforgettable. A real highlight is our hot tub, which you can fire up in the traditional way with wood. Please plan for this that it takes about 3 hours for the water to reach the perfect temperature. (Without bubble/whirlpool function) – pure relaxation is then guaranteed!
