Our farm with game reserve 🦌 is idyllically located on the outskirts of the town of Miesbach – quiet, surrounded by meadows and forests 🌳 and yet very close to Tegernsee, Schliersee 🏊‍♂️ and the Bavarian Alps⛰️. Here you can sit back, open a good book 📖, enjoy the fresh country air and let your gaze wander over nature. And if you want to end the day in a relaxed way, our little highlight awaits you: the sauna and the hot tub – perfect to unwind and consciously enjoy the moment. Whether with family, good friends or in a sociable group – with us you will experience the most beautiful time of the year in an atmosphere full of peace, security and Bavarian charm. You can get to Munich in about 4️⃣0️⃣ minutes – either comfortably by car or relaxed by train, whose station is only about 2️⃣ kilometers away. That's why our house is especially popular during Oktoberfest 🎡 and trade fair times, as you can get to the city so quickly and easily. There is also a lot to discover all around: In Miesbach you will find everything you need – small shops, cozy cafés ☕️ and good restaurants🥘. And if you're longing for the mountains 🏔️, this is the place for you: Tegernsee, Schliersee and the Alps are perfectly accessible by car – ideal for excursions, hikes and unforgettable moments. Your vacation home 🏠 offers you plenty of space to feel good with approx. 170 sqm of usable space. ⭐️ Free parking spaces are available right by the house. ⭐️ Look forward to a large sun terrace with comfortable lounge furniture, a dining set, a barbecue area and a Swedish hot tub (please note, it is not a jacuzzi with bubbles) independent commissioning, heating with wood – duration about 3 hours). Ground floor: ⭐️ A modernly equipped kitchen-living room invites you to cook and enjoy. ⭐️ In the living room you will find a cozy dining set and a fireplace for cozy evenings. ⭐️ Entertainment is provided by a UHD TV with a Blue-Ray DVD player. ⭐️ A separate toilet is also available. First floor and gallery: ⭐️ A freestanding bathtub awaits you in the Italian designer bathroom. ⭐️ The modernly furnished bedroom sleeps 2 and has its own TV. ⭐️ The children's room (including gallery room) is designed for 2 children and also offers two additional sofa beds if desired. ⭐️ There is also a separate toilet here. Other things to note We look forward to making your stay unforgettable. A real highlight is our hot tub, 🛁 which you can heat up traditionally with wood 🔥. Please plan for this to take about 3 hours for the water to reach the perfect temperature. (Without bubbling/jacuzzi function) – pure relaxation is then guaranteed!
