The space This bright and airy apartment has french doors leading onto the patio. The sheltered garden is perfect for dining alfresco. There is a barbecue provided and you have exclusive use of the garden. In the lounge is a wall mounted 50 inch smart television with netflix, a comfortable sofa bed which opens out into a double bed and an armchair with a bright reading light in the corner. The apartment has electric slimline wall heaters but if you want to get extra cosy, you can light the log burner and close the curtains which span the entire wall. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools where you can dine. The kitchen has a built in fridge, electric oven with a gas hob, a microwave and a dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and touch sensitive three level dimming bedside lights. There is a dressing table with a stool and mirror, a full length wall mirror and a clothes rail. The view from the bedroom window overlooks the wildlife garden. The modern compact shower room is fully tiled with a heated towel rail. At the side of the building is a path leading to a small wildlife area. This is planted to attract butterflies and bees and has a pond and a hand crafted wooden bench where you can sit and relax listening to the sound of bird song. This is a secluded garden which catches the evening sun. Surfers can safely store surf boards in the garden, there is also space on the path and patio where cyclists can bring bikes.
