Enjoy your family trip to Knoebels Amusement Resort while staying in a privately owned cottage less than 100 yards from the park! This cottage will be sure to make your stay a memorable one with it’s amusement park theme. . Enjoy a long day in the park and easily walk back to your cottage and have all the comforts of home plus more! There is cable tv, WiFi, dvd player, games, central air, two full baths, washer/dryer and dishwasher that are all in the cottage. Picnic table, Fire Pit,NO GRILL The space This modern cottage provides a fun atmosphere for you and your family. The cottage is decorated in an amusement park theme sure to make your stay more enjoyable. There are bunkbeds with bumper car sheets and a daybed with roller coaster pillows. The amusement park theme continues throughout the cottage with fun artwork and pillows and even a framed park map so you can plan your day. No need to drive to the park when you can take a short walk directly into the park. We do include bath towels, kitchen towels, pot holders, paper towels and starter toilet paper are all stocked. There is a Wifi, dvd player, movies, games and plenty of outdoor space to also enjoy. Please note the bunk beds are pyramid beds with a twin on top and full bed on the bottom. This is a smoke free property, inside and out. No bachelor/ bachelorette parties. No pets. MAXIMUM GUESTS IS 6 REGARDLESS OF AGE - no exceptions. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if verified number is over our limit. Maximum 3 cars on property. No additional camping on property. No tents allowed Guest access Self check-in and checkout with instructions given upon booking. Guests have access to the entire property including the entire cottage, large yard, parking for 3 cars. No parking behind the cottage. Other things to note Please note no pets on property. The entire property is smoke free inside and out. Maximum of 6 guests regardless of age - No exceptions.
