The Fishermans Flat is a lovely 3 bedroom apartment with attic conversion in the heart of Broughty Ferry, with Beautiful River Views and only a few steps from the Beach. Ideal for Couples on a Romantic trip, with a host of restaurants, bars and scenic walks nearby. It's an ideal base for Families with Young Children, who can explore the nearby Parks or spot Dolphins from the Beach. A cosy Wood Burning Stove in the lounge and 2 attic rooms which make an ideal den for the small traveller. The space The Fishermans Flat is a lovely 3 bedroom apartment and attic conversion in the heart of Broughty Ferry, with Beautiful River Views and only a few steps from the Beach. There is a cosy Wood Burning Stove in the lounge and a bespoke kitchen that should provide all that you need on your travels. The Master Bedroom is a good size with a lovely comfy bed and Beautiful River Views from the window. It has a built-in wardrobe with plenty storage space and drawers. The attic has been converted into 2 bedrooms which are ideal for children or the slightly smaller traveller. The ceiling height is suitable for about 5'8" so if you are taller then you may find it uncomfortable. If it's just somewhere to lay your head then it's a great little den up there. One thing to be mindful of are the fairly steep stairs leading to the attic....children must be supervised whilst using these just in case there are any slips or stumbles. The rooms in the attic consist of one larger room with a double bed and drawers. The other room is slightly smaller and is entered from the larger room. It has a single bed with a further single pull-out bed. These 2 single beds are ideal for kids or friends sharing the room because even though they can be pushed together they are at slightly different heights so maybe not recommended for couples. This is a great single bedroom but when used with the 2 beds it's floor space reduces quite a bit. There is also a travel cot in the flat that is available for use with babies or young children. Just let me know if you need it and I can have it set up prior to your arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with all you are likely to need for your stay, including oven; grill; microwave; toaster; kettle; and washing machine. There are also plenty of pots, pans and utensils should you wish to cook at home. Guest access When you stay at the Fishermans Flat you will have the use of the entire home.
