We welcome you to this brand new studio, directly overlooking the pool at your disposal, the large garden and the henhouse. You will be able to enjoy the calm of the Bordeaux countryside, just 10 minutes from the RN89 (Bordeaux / Libourne / Dordogne fast axis). In the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers vineyard, halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, come and discover the "route du vin" and, if your heart tells you, the gates of Périgord. The space We took pleasure in arranging the studio as we did and hope you will feel well there. Deckchairs are available around the pool to enjoy the sun. You will also have garden furniture and dining area with barbecue, by the pool Your living space and ours are independent, you will have all your privacy. The swimming pool is very close to the accommodation, your children are welcome under your full responsibility. An alarm is in place. Guest access Independent entrance from the garden with parking space Pool area and adjoining garden Other things to note The cleaning costs cover the provision of bed linen (made on arrival), towels, tea towels, cleaning products, and kitchen products (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, cocoa, oil, vinegar ...), toilet paper and shower gel, hydroalcoholic gel ... The accommodation must be left clean at the end of the stay, we take care of disinfecting the accommodation between stays. For stays beyond 1 week, we will ask you 20 euros for maintenance costs per additional week. We will give you clean linen (bed linen, towels, kitchen linen) every week. We can offer you an end-of-stay cleaning fee for an additional 35 euros on request.
