The house is located between Kawahira Bay and Yonehara Beach. There are two condominium-type rooms with separate entrances on the first and second floors. You can easily spend time with two families or groups of friends. The rooms are on separate floors, so it is convenient for two groups to go back and forth between the rooms, spend time together on the shared terrace, and enjoy private time on each floor. The room overlooks the East China Sea and offers wonderful views of Yonehara Beach and the East China Sea. In addition, the night sky is full of stars and you can experience nature. About 20 minutes by car from the airport to the location. Kabira Bay is 10 minutes away. Yonehara Beach is 5 minutes away. It is about 30 minutes to the city and the port. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk. * Free for up to 8 adults plus up to 2 children 6 years old and younger sleeping in the same bed!! * 4 single beds in the Western-style room, 4 single futons in the Japanese-style room, and 1 baby cot are available for free. (Up to 4 adults and 2 children 6 years old and younger sleeping in the same bed are free on each floor.) * Please book children over 6 years old as adults. The space The contents of each room on the 1st and 2nd floors are a 12 tatami mat living and dining room (including kitchen), a 6 tatami mat Western-style room (bedroom, 2 single beds, 1 crib available), a 6 tatami mat Japanese-style room (2 single futons), bath, washroom, and toilet. In addition, the first floor has a small terrace and garden, and the second floor has a small terrace. You can use the 90-square-meter wooden deck on the sea side. The living room, kitchen and Japanese-style room have a panoramic view of the East China Sea, and Yonehara Beach is on the right. The interior is made with nature and the environment in mind, and the house is made to be kind to your body. (We use beeswax for the virgin flooring and Swiss plaster for the walls.) This place is recommended for those who want to enjoy Ishigaki Island with two families or groups of friends, those who want to forget the busy time of the day and face nature, and those who love the sea and nature. There is no TV so that you can have a relaxing time. Please listen to the sounds of the waves, the wind, the birds, the frogs, and the insects. The moonlight and starry sky will soothe your mind and body... Guest access All spaces on the first and second floors are available. The sea-side terrace in the common space is also available. When using, if you have small children, please use it under the responsibility of the guardian to avoid accidents. Please refrain from entering the house and garden on the back side (mountain side) as it is a private space. Other things to note * At check-in, we will hand over the room key and give you a brief explanation of how to use the room. At that time, we will hold a security deposit of 10,000 yen. We will refund this deposit when you check out. Please note that due to the natural environment, ants, geckos, etc. may occur and enter the room. This area is protected by strict regulations to protect the natural environment. Therefore, there is no convenience store or vending machine nearby. Also, to protect wild birds and the night sky, there are few lights outside at night. In addition, there are only a few restaurants in Kawahira where you can have dinner. (There are many restaurants and cafes where you can have breakfast and lunch, and you can walk there.) It is a wooden house that is kind to nature and your body.
