The space Our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage is conveniently arranged all on one level, making it ideal for guests with limited mobility. The main entrance leads into a central hallway, connecting to a large, cozy sitting room, a dining room that flows into the modern kitchen, and a bright, spacious conservatory perfect for relaxing with a book. The cottage offers a wonderful blend of comfort and convenience: Flexible Sleeping: Two bedrooms can be set up as either a king-sized double or two single beds to suit your group's needs. The third bedroom is a small double. Modern Kitchen: The newly fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, oven, hob, and a dishwasher. Comfort and Convenience: Enjoy amenities like Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected. Entertainment: A separate games room features a full-size table tennis table for some friendly competition. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire cottage, your own private gardens, with gazebo and a charcoal BBQ for sunny afternoons. A short walk away, you'll find the waterfront hot tub overlooking the lake, which is reserved for your private use. As we live on-site, we will personally welcome you with the keys and a brief orientation tour to help you settle in. Other things to note The hot tub is for your exclusive use and is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM only. The lake on the property is a wildlife sanctuary. To protect the ecosystem, swimming, boating, and fishing are not permitted. A charcoal BBQ is provided for your use. Please bring your own coals.
