The space Villa Pactia was created with passion and love by the Parian-German couple Anna Vioni and Frank Niemeyer with the assistance of local architect Michael Fifas. The construction materials as well as the specialized construction teams, which did their best to create an aesthetically perfect result, came from the island to support the local economy. Villa Pactia It has spacious verandas overlooking the sea, shaded by traditional wooden pergolas in front of the dining room and the bedroom.
