The oldest building called "pajara" is in fact a typical stone house, built by the farmers of the time. Today, the charming pajara is incorporated into a modern structure, enhanced and revived through building interventions carried out with typical local construction techniques, with star and barrel roofs, rough stone facades and resin floors. The large interior spaces have a total area of 150 square meters, the entrance leaves room for a window with a striking sea view, divides the rooms into two distinct areas, respectively the sleeping area and the living area. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with three beds and the beautiful pajara with a double bed. The sleeping area has a separate bathroom. The living area consists of a large living room, inside which there is a large fireplace and various accessories that evoke times past, giving the moments spent inside the flavor of essence and tranquility. From the living room you can access the kitchen, the outdoor terrace and the third bedroom consisting of a double bed and a separate bathroom.
