A superb contemporary kitchen fills one end of this space, featuring a large range cooker and plenty of space to rustle up a feast for the whole family. With a large family dining table as well as breakfast bar, there is plenty of space to sit and grab a bite before heading back out to the beach. Large, comfy sofas are perfectly placed to make the most of the sea views and create a comfortable space to relax in after a hard day on the beach! A wide hallway leads past a generous WC to the bedrooms, a king to the front and twin to the rear, both with ensuite facilities. The bright and relaxing master has French doors that open out to the garden and offer views to the ocean beyond. OUTSIDE SPACE... To the front of the property lies a fabulous large garden overlooking the ocean, furnished with outdoor seating and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. A lovely spot for outdoor dining, or just to relax and watch the sunset over the ocean. Guest access A private holiday home, guests have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note PARKING... The Daymar has allocated parking for one car at the front of the property. ACCESS... Internally, the property is all on one level with no steps or stairs. There is a gentle paved slope leading from the parking space to the front door. Internally, all hallways are wide with ample room between furniture. Both ensuite bedrooms have baths with shower over.
