The apartment is located at the ground level of a private house and accessible by a staircase. In addition to its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, its living room and kitchen, the apartment has a direct view and access to the pool and the garden from which you'll enjoy an exceptional panoramic view on the "Aguamolls de l’Empordá national parc". The view goes from the sea (Rosas bay) to the Pyrenees mountains. A Spa service is available under conditions. The space The house is well situated at 10mn by car from Rosas and d’Empuriabrava, 15mn from Figueras and 30mn from Cadaques where you'll enter in Salavdor Dali's universe. The garden and its pool will participate to ensure a relaxing and calm stay, neighbors are mainly olive trees... ! You will discover or rediscover this region with multiple charms, combining sand beaches and rocky/wild coasts, all just at few kilometers from the house. So many different seashores as the countryside will delight you with their diversity. There are also many hiking trails nearby, including those of the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes and the Cap de Creus national parc. __________ The apartment is located at the ground level of the house which is occupied by the owners. Occupants of the suite at the upper level of the house, which could be rented, may be present. You will share the garden and the large swimming pool, taking into account the house safety and sanitary rules. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is more than 110m². It is composed by the following: - Two bedrooms with double bed - A big bedroom with 2 single beds, and without window - One large bathroom with a bath and toilet - One bathroom with a shower - One separated toilet - A large living-dining room - A fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob and micowave hoven - Laundry with washing machine. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The apartment has a free wifi connection, a mini hifi stereo, and a television with acces to Spanish channels and some satellite channels. The pool house next to the swimming pool is for you only. It will enable you to eat sheltered from the sun, and a charcoal barbecue is at your disposal. You will be asked to park your vehicle in the street, next to the house. The street is very calm and secure, this is a cul de sac. However it will be possible to park motocycle or bicycle inside a closed area.
