The house consists of a single room: dining-relaxation area with sofa, open and elegant kitchen, double bed area, and bathroom with comfortable shower. Amenities included: Air conditioning, 32" LCD TV, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kitchen equipped with basic cooking services: pots, pans, dishes, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets. Bedding and bath linens included. Wireless Internet. Guest access The entire building and courtyard is at the guests' complete disposal, who access it from the main street. Other things to note Important information about the tourist tax The Municipality of Cardedu has introduced an accommodation tax. The amount is €1.50 per person per night. An important detail: The tax is only calculated for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. This means that even if your stay is 10, 15, or more days, you will only pay for the first 6 nights. Children up to 16 years of age are exempt.
