Chacao is in the village of Tickenham, 10 miles outside Bristol and 2 miles from the Victorian coastal town of Clevedon. The spacious apartment has a living room with a 46 inch flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. The living room has a south-facing view across Nailsea Moor to the Mendip Hills. The National Trust Tyntesfield Estate, Clifton Suspension Bridge, the SS Great Britain, Ashton Court and Bristol's historic harbour. are all within 10 miles. Near to Bristol Ground School. The space The lounge is an area to relax and enjoy the view, watch TV, listen to music, or chat to the person cooking dinner in the fully equipped kitchenette that has all the main appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and microwave. It opens out onto a spacious south facing terrace with garden furniture in which you can relax and enjoy the nature. The en suite bathroom has a great shower, opening out into a spacious bedroom. The apartment is warm and light with a view that draws you to walk outside onto the terrace overlooking the garden and beyond. There are plenty of restaurants, takeaways and shops in Clevedon, just 2 miles away. Popular with students from Bristol Ground school as ideal setting for quiet study. Guest access The apartment has it's own front door and parking area. The guests have the entire apartment to themselves and a key to come and go as they please. Other things to note John and Sue in the neighbouring house have a lovely dog. They are on hand to answer questions and make you feel at home should anything arise. I am just a phone call away. The driveway is very spacious and you can choose where to park, although facing forwards and right outside the apartment front door is recommended.
