With this listing you have access to the Guesthouse for up to 10 guests. In addition Black Bear's Brown Cabin ONLY if group size exceeds 8 and you have paid for additional guests . Other units on property including the TeePee are not included. Surrounded by national forest, just 2 miles from the IMBA EPIC bike trail (the Womble) Crystal digging & beautiful Lake Ouachita is just 15 min. away. Ouachita river access is just 1/4 of a mile away. Pet Fee of $10/night/pet in addition to rental fee. The space Surrounded by the Ouachita National Forest, this property has been designed to allow guests to "disconnect" and get off-line/off-grid. Internet and cable TV are NOT provided. We encourage our guests to get out and in touch with nature. Guest access Guests have access to the entire guest house, gazebo with hot tub and use of the large wrap around deck. Please do not enter the garden area, greenhouse or other out buildings on the property. Guest will have access to Black Bear's Brown Cabin if their group size exceeds 8 and extra guests have been paid for in reservation. Other things to note By confirming your reservation for this property all guests release the property owner of all liability associated with the pond, use of the hot tub and use of the deck. Property owner is not responsible for any accident, injury or illness during your stay on this property.
