Come stay at Myrtles Place a renovated 1940’s bungalow located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood close to shopping and dining. The location is centered just 2 blocks from the water making it perfect to take advantage of the complimentry bikes to explore this sweet historic town! Enjoy the Smart tv with multiple channels and high speed internet for streaming your favorite shows. Fully functional kitchen with dishes, pots and pans coffee maker and cool down with brand new Central Air. The space Enjoy 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds (one pac n play on request)….a full kitchen, living room with newly finished floors and a cozy bathroom. Screen porch in the back of home made from parts of a old mine sweeper that was built in Sturgeon Bay in the 1950’s reopens in the spring . Home sleeps 4 comfortably…. Guest access You will have the entire house except one closet for cleaning purposes. Please note due to Covid items in the home have been reduced. The screen porch is slated for screening and a new roof summer of 2025…Screen porch closed in late fall. October 1 generally….It will open Memorial Day as well as the Weber grill….. Other things to note My home is in a residential area and is monitored quite closely. We ask that our guests please respect our neighbors and the noise curfew that is in effect after 10 pm.....(Please note due to Covid 19 items in the home have been decreased for your safety and cleaning purposes. (if there is something you cannot find or need please text me and I will send you to it’s location and try to accommodate you) the screen porch will not be available until Memorial Day weekend….and closes October 1st.
