Cleaning Fee Policy We kindly remind all guests that the cleaning fee you pay is designated to prepare the property for your stay. This includes linen hire and adhering to enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for every guest. However, paying a cleaning fee does not eliminate the expectation that the property be left in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout. Guests are required to follow the checkout procedures and maintain the property during their stay. To respect the property and future guests, we ask that you: Wipe down surfaces after cooking. Wash dishes. Dispose of waste in provided black bags. Basic cleaning materials are provided for your convenience to help you maintain cleanliness during your stay. While our properties are professionally cleaned between stays, any additional cleaning required due to neglect may result in extra charges being billed to the guest.
