Located in the middle of nature with south-facing views of the mountains, our spacious apartment (100 m², up to 7 persons) is ideal for holidays with family or friends. You have a large living room, a south-facing balcony and a large terrace on the ground floor where you can relax, have a barbecue or let the children play. Go hiking, cycling, snowshoeing or sledding directly from the doorstep! The space Located at an altitude of 1400m on the heights of the small authentic village of Bschlabs, our visitors appreciate the variety of the natural setting that surrounds them: a magnificent larch forest, rich meadows, three-hundred-year-old chalets and of course an incredible view on the peaks. The apartment, located on the second and last floor of the house, offers a spacious living room with a south-facing balcony. It has two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed 180/200, the other with a double bed 180/200 + single bed 90/200) as well as an additional sleeping area (double bed 160/200) separate from the living area. It also has an independent equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet + 1 separate toilet. The bright and spacious living room is equipped with a wood stove to guarantee the warm atmosphere of your evenings. Chair and cot are available free of charge on request as well as a protective grid for the wood stove. On the ground floor, a large terrace is accessible for lounging, eating, barbecuing and letting the children play. Guest access The shared entrance leads to a staircase that serves the three floors. On the ground floor there is a separate flat where the good soul of the house, "Grandma Mariza", lives all year round. The holiday flat for 10 people is on the first floor and the holiday flat for 7 people is on the second floor. On the ground floor there is a large terrace for relaxing, eating, barbecuing and playing with the children. The terrace includes several tables, a barbecue and deckchairs as well as a large garden with a playground. There is free parking directly in front of the house. The Berghaus PANORAMA is also an ideal starting point for easy hikes with children (there is a river nearby) or sporty hikes to the peaks. Other things to note Sometimes our guests book our place to celebrate a special occasion, and we are very happy that they choose to do it by us. It is the ideal place to spend convivial evenings with friends or family. However, we ask everyone to respect the special peace of the place and that the apartment is therefore not suitable for noisy parties. From 10.30 PM, quietness prevails because other people also live in the Berghaus Panorama. Thanks in advance!
