It is a walk-up apartment (no lifts) 4 flight of stairs and popular among guests who can climb the stairs. The main bedroom has (1Q), the second bedroom (2S) with a sofa bed in the living room. The owners place great value on meaningful human interaction and, as such, prefer not to have a TV in their abode. The space A 2 bedroom home with a nice long/working table which can be a dining or workplace with a smaller dining table close to the kitchen. The living room den is decorated with simple charm and space for a family to just chill together. Believing in meaningful human interaction, it is their preference not to have a TV in their abode. The balcony is spaced with the charm of a selection of old-style tiles to give it a warm homey feeling, as you hear the birds chirping at different times of the day. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and 2 fully renovated bathrooms. The master room ensuite houses the washing machine with a queen bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds. Additional person staying: As the unit only has beds for 4, the 5th person staying will be charged a small fees of $30. (Additional floor mattress, beddings and also towel shall be provided for the additional person staying ) . Kindly mentioned to us should you have additional person staying.
