Sunny one bedroom self- catering guest suite on ground floor with private entry and access to seasonal pool, BBQ area and garden. We can accommodate 3 people in lounge, 2 in bedroom. Safe parking. 5 km to Tauranga. 12km to Mount Maunganui-beach. The space Your very own space! Bedroom - queen bed Living area - single bed and pull out couch base with real queen mattress (very comfortable) - Own bathroom - Small kitchenette - Seasonal pool - Outdoor area, BBQ and garden. - Private entrance - Laundry (shared) - Piano Although we are 12km to the main Maunganui beach , the beach at sulphur point is 5km away (safe and fun for little people). There are many walks and cycle routes close by and other activities. Guest access The driveway is down a pan handle so we are not on a noisy road. Park under the carport. Walk through the black gate on then left hand side of the carport down a brick path towards the pool and the ranch slider is there. I will meet guests or advise key location just before arrival. The flatlet is below the main house and has a separate, secure access. The door to the laundry is off the entry pathway described above. Just let me know and I will open the door for you. Other things to note We have bicycles, kayak and long board for use if you like. Also members of tennis club and can organise a court booking if needed.
