One upstairs bedroom w/ private bathroom inside the room. Includes queen bed, small refrigerator, and TV with streaming services. 24-hour check-in available. I respond to inquires immediately. **We have a roommate who has allergen to animal dander and shares living space with Airbnb guests, therefore we are unable to host any animals in the upstairs guest areas at this time since doing so will create a medical emergency for our roommate.** The space Large one bedroom with a dreamy soft queen bed, private bathroom, TV with streaming services, and mini refrigerator inside room, and comfy new amenities. Guest access Please read house rules before booking. There is a kitchenette in upstairs loft is with refrigerator, K-cup coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven. There is no kitchen access. During your stay I may not be home due to my hectic schedule, but I'm always available by text if you have questions. I respect your privacy so I won't be all in your business, but if you are social I enjoy interacting with guests to talk about food, music, or travels. Other things to note There is a TV in your room with FireTV. We have streaming services available like Amazon, Netflix, Max, YouTube. We do not have cable or local channels.
