It includes a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 1/2), a hallway from which you can access the bathroom with a shower, the double bedroom and the bedroom with two single beds, both air-conditioned, and the laundry/storage room. The apartment is equipped with a pergola where you can 'eat outdoors' and a terrace, connected by a common external staircase, used as a solarium. The villa is located in a privileged logistical position, a few kilometers from Cefalù and the Palermo-Messina and Palermo-Catania motorway junction; in addition, the intense green of the hills of the 'Parco delle Madonie', in which it is immersed, blends with the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea that offers the splendid scenery of the Aeolian Islands. The apartment is furnished with new furniture chosen with taste and care to meet the needs of guests and make their stay more welcoming and pleasant. Guest access Guests can enjoy an outdoor pergola and a private terrace/solarium. In the garden there are aromatic herb plants such as mint, rosemary and sage.
