M é a Minha Casa (M is My House) and it can also be Yours. It is in the best place in the world, a colorful, quiet beach between the waters of the Ria de Aveiro and the Atlantic Ocean. You can simply stay at home with all the comfort and pleasure of enjoying the breathtaking view or walking everywhere: beach, restaurants and cafes, the local seafood and fish market, sailing club, tennis court, playground, mini-golf, windsurfing, kite, paddle, canoe or stroll along the dune or lagoon walkways. The space It dates from the 19th century and was completely rehabilitated by Me, with the utmost attention to detail and environmental sustainability. It floods with sunlight in the morning on the terrace and front porch, where you can have coffee or just enjoy watching the ria. Accommodates six people in 3 bedrooms, two with double bed. It has a family suite with two bedrooms and connecting bathroom. The second bedroom has the possibility to put the two single beds together. They have large wardrobes and safes The whole floor has underfloor heating and towel warmers. The bathrooms have amenities and a hairdryer. At this level there is another outdoor and indoor space for the cooler days and the laundry. Floor 2 is where you will spend more time: stretched out on couches or on terraces, doing and preparing meals, relaxing and socializing. There are magazines, books, games, movies, wi-fi and ethernet. It is heated through a pellet stove, outdoor fireplace and has a charcoal grill to roast fresh fish from the market. The refrigerator has fresh water dispenser and ice cubes and chopped. It has a warm outside shower to get rid of the fine sand of the beach. Guest access Guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor areas, including the use of laundry with detergents.
