The apartment is located in hip Dufferin Grove and is steps from the subway. An ideal place to explore the city and everything this great neighborhood has to offer! Comfortably sleeps four adults. Bedroom features office and sitting space for those working from home! The space Welcome to a bright and spacious apartment in a neighbourhood that is safe, fun (countless shops, restaurants and parks) and convenient (Dufferin subway station is only a short walk away). The apartment also has its own private rooftop patio, which has amazing views (CN Tower included!), plenty of seating and a charming lantern for nighttime use. The apartment has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, an over-sized bedroom (with a very comfy queen bed) and ample storage and closet space. A brand new futon in the living room easily converts into a double sized bed, which means that the apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Newly installed blackout blinds in the bedroom and living room make for perfect sleeping conditions. The apartment has ceiling fans and air conditioning (which keeps it nice and cool even during the hottest days of summer). There is also a small sitting area in the living room for those looking to catch up on emails or do some work remotely. The location of the apartment makes it ideal for exploring and enjoying everything the city has to offer, including a year round farmer's market every Thursday that's just down the street! In addition to the essentials (clean sheets, towels, shampoo/soap and basic cooking items) I will also provide the following items (which I believe to be essential to any good stay): Keurig coffee and tea High speed internet Netflix The apartment is ideally located for families, as one of the biggest parks in the city is only a few minutes walk away (Dufferin Grove Park). This park has playgrounds, community events and a year round farmer's market (every Thursday from 3-7 pm). Groceries and a shopping mall are also within walking distance. Finally, if you would like to reserve a Pack 'n Play for your stay, please let me know in advance, as I will need to arrange to have it set up and prepared upon your arrival! Based on availability, please inquire at time of booking. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the huge rooftop patio (which is only accessible to you), as well as coin operated laundry. The laundry is not available in the unit itself. It is located in the basement and is easily accessible. Detailed instructions for access and use of laundry will be provided for confirmed guests and will also be available in the house manual online and in the apartment. Other things to note Parking is available on the premises for a small fee (please inquire about availability at the time of booking). The space is located on the 3rd floor of the house, so please keep in mind that you will need to climb several sets of stairs to reach it. There is no elevator. Check in time after 3 PM is flexible, as the apartment is accessed via coded keypads. This means that late or uncertain arrival times are no problem. The apartment is family and kid friendly, and I provide guests with a gate for the top of the stairs for extra security. The instructions for it's use are provided and feel free to get in touch with me with any questions about its use. In an effort to produce less waste and use less energy, please place used towels on the floor in the bathroom and unused towels folded on the black chair in the bedroom, thanks!
