The space Welcome to our cozy and family-friendly/kidsfriendly 3-bedroom apartment — perfect for larger groups or families with kids! With space for up to 14 guests (plus cribs), modern amenities, and lots of thoughtful extras, you'll feel right at home in Tallinn. Superb for longer and shorter business trips and living in Tallinn! Pictures will show you the style and indoor we have now and the plan of the apartment shows you how the rooms are separated and how many persons will fit in one room (living room will have two sofa beds (they will open for 2 pers or for 1 pers.). See in my profile my other listings. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1 & 2: Each has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) + a sofa bed (160x200 cm) with a comfy mattress topper. Each room sleeps up to 4 guests + space for a crib. Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) + sofa bed (100x200 cm) and its own bathroom & kitchen & TV & dishwasher. Great for super privacy:) 🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen & Living Area Spacious open-plan kitchen + living room Large sofa for enjoying inside time Big flatscreen TV Includes: Ninja Air Fryer XL, espresso machine, nespresso machine, sandwich grill, 2 dishwashers (one in third bedroom) Dishes for 14 guests + toddler dishware Dining table fits 6–10, plus 10–14 chairs available 3 large sofa beds in the living room, fits 3 persons for sleep We have also Playstation ( please let us know a 1 week ahead if You need the console so we can bring it to You) and lots of toys. In one room and in the living room we have flatscreen TV. So if you are traveling with the kids, they can have they own TV-shows and You can have your own! Two full bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. Night blinds + wooden blinds let you have a peaceful sleep at night without having to wake up to sunlight! 🍼 We provide 2 cribs and 2 high chairs, and can add 2 more on request. A baby monitor and baby potty are also available. All bedrooms are private- accessible from hallways or living room. Bathroom-toilets have also baby pot and hairdryers. In every bedroom we have a desk and chair for working on a laptop. In every room you find a wardrobe. Hairdryers available. 2 dishwashers (one in each kitchen). 2 washing machine/dryers (one in each bathroom), dryingrack and iron, ironingtable available in apartment. You can connect your iPhone or android through Bluetooth to radio-alarm clock-speaker and listen to your favored music or music from internet radio stations. We have free WiFi. In the apartment you can find tourist maps and books about Tallinn in many different languages, use them (but please let them stay in the apartment when you leave so the other Guests can use them too). Apartment is on the 1,5 floor of the building and is about 90 m2 in total. In the yard you can park your car. Guest access You are welcome to use kitchen supplies (sugar, salt, coffee, tea, etc.), some bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer etc.), towels and bed sheets. We have in the apartment also "the 911 kit" with all necessary things to have first aid (band-aids, wound cleansing servietts, burnaid and others). Other things to note 💡 We have also games for every ages, for adults and kids! Playstation 3 with different games (please ask it a week ahead) , alias, chess, games to play with whole family (in english, finnish and russian language), soft toys, kitchen-play and other. Two rooms with separate TV -s let enjoy different movies! 💡 We also have a cribs and highchairs for baby, feel free to ask! 💡 At the yard you can park your car (normal sized car). If You have more cars, you can use also street parking only 1 min away from the house. Its free at weekends and from 19.00 evening to 8.00. morning Also taxies can drive right to the door of our house. 💡At every bedroom we have also USB chargers for comfortable charging for Your phones, laptops etc. 💡 We have in apartment some homefragrances (3 electronical Aeras on the wallsocets and luxurious stickfragrance Dr. Vranjes Firenze Rosso Nobe. If you are parfumesensitive - please let us know ahead so we can remove all from apartment before Your arrival.
