Welcome to our traditional stone house dated back to 1920s. It is located in the centre of Flomochori village, 13km from Areopoli and 4 minutes drive from the beach (1.9 km). It is a spacious and bright two storey house (140 m2) recently fully renovated to modern standards. The ground floor consists of the kitchen/dining area and the bathroom. The first floor consists of the living room, a master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a terrace. The space Ground floor: Large open plan kitchen/dining area fully equipped with modern electrical appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker). Tiled bathroom with ceramic bathtub and sink. First floor: Very spacious high ceiling living area surrounded by 5 large windows with a view. There is a 3 seater sofa, a chaise longue and an armchair. You can enjoy a selection of DVDs on a big flat screen. Small and elegant master bedroom with a metallic double bed and an orthopedic mattress. Small and cute twin bedroom with a natural feel and a mountain view. You can enjoy picturesque views of the traditional village, surrounding mountains and sea from a distance. Notes: 1. There is air conditioning in the living room, fans in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the kitchen/dining area. 2. Wood burning stove in the living room and portable electric heater available. 3. There are 2 extra single beds available (1 bed in the kitchen/dining area and 1 folding bed) Other things to note Feel free to use our food and drinks stock but be kind enough to replαce it :) This is our precious summer house and we want you to feel like home too.
