This villa gives you multiple places to unwind - in the living room, study room, deck, or the 1.5-acre lawn. Enjoy a hookah and barbecue session by the bonfire outdoors, or cosy up to the fireplace and heater indoors. The space BEDROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. - All bedrooms offer a heater, king-sized bed, electric kettle, Wi-Fi and attached bathrooms. BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A bathtub is offered in one of the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - There is a spacious living room on the ground floor that provides ample seating arrangements for up to 9 people. - It offers a variety of amenities including a music system, TV, Wi-Fi, heater and a fireplace. - The dining area is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 4 people. - There is an expansive 1.5-acre lush green lawn with an attached gazebo, embellished with a variety of outdoor rattan furnishings. It overlooks the serene surrounding hills. - There is a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing dip during the day. It is 12x10 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - The deck offers absolutely stunning panoramas of the mountains, making for a perfect unwinding spot. - Guests can also make the most of the study room, equipped with chic seating arrangements. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen at an additional charge of Rs.2000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. A freight cost of Rs.200 will be charged to get non-veg groceries from the market. - Guests can prepare the meals themselves or ask the caretaker to cook. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, water purifier, refrigerator and mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - All vegetarian meals are priced at Rs.950 per person, per day and Rs. 450 per person, per day for kids. For non-vegetarian meals, the cost of the meat will be charged as per actuals. A freight cost of Rs.200 will be charged to get non-veg groceries from the market. - In addition, there are charges for the chef of Rs.2000 per day, and ingredients will be charged as per actuals. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide driver accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.500 per person, per day, including meals. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like carrom and cards, or just enjoy a peaceful read. Guests may step out to play badminton or even go for nearby treks and farm visits. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 650 per cord of wood. One cord of wood will approximately last for 2 hours. - The fireplace can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 650 per cord of wood. One cord of wood will approximately last for 2.5 hours. - Barbecue can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 275 per session. The ingredients will be included in the cost of the meal package or guests will have to procure the ingredients themselves if they choose to prepare the meals themselves. - The pizza oven can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per session.
