"Villa Pyrgos" is a villa with an amazing sea view, very well located, in a quiet area, along the coast, and within a walking distance from very nice beaches and some very delicious restaurants and small supermakets. Magnificent view, exceptional sunset, large private swimming pool, splendid olive grove, numerous balconies and terraces, air conditioning, independent space under the house… here are some of the assets of this luxurious villa. The villa is spread over three floors: First Floor The main entrance opens onto a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, and modern appliances) and a dining area. A separate toilet is also available on this level. Air conditioning ensures comfort throughout. Second Floor This floor features one double bedroom and a second bedroom with single bunk beds (sleeps 2). Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer access to private balconies with magnificent views of the beach, the sea, the swimming pool, and breathtaking sunsets. Two modern bathrooms with showers complete this level. Basement / Ground Level Studio An independent studio provides additional privacy and comfort. It includes a small kitchenette, a double bed, and a bathroom — ideal for guests seeking extra space. All interiors have been tastefully renovated and elegantly furnished, blending comfort with a refined Mediterranean style for a truly memorable summer escape. The outdoor areas are equally stunning. The villa is set within more than 4,000 m² of beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking olive groves and the valley. Guest access Bus, taxi and rental car is the options to reach the Villa. The villa has a private parking. We have a agreement with a local Rental car company with negociate rates for you on request. Other things to note The area of Liapades has 12 small beaches. Some of them are accessible on foot and some of them accessible only by boat. Boat service offered in the central beach of Liapades or in Paleokastritsa.
