The space Casa Ada is an authentic townhouse for up to 6 people, located in the historic mountain village of Scano di Montiferro, where you can experience the real Sardinia. The house is spread over four floors and has been lovingly restored. Traditional features, such as thick stone walls and a medieval domed vault on the ground floor, are combined with modern comforts. On the ground floor, there is a large, very well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, large double-door fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a dining area with a table that can seat 6 people. On cold days, a pellet stove provides warmth and coziness. There is also a bathroom here with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The first upper floor features one bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), a French balcony, and a sofa; one bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, walk-in shower, and freestanding bathtub; and a small retreat room with a fold-out sofa, also with a French balcony. There is also a small atrium. The second floor has two additional bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm); one of them has a French balcony and a sofa, the other does not. In the attic is the living area with a wood-burning stove, three 2-seater Chesterfield-style sofas, and a TV. From here, you can access the roof terrace, which is equipped with a large dining table for 6 people and offers a view over the entire village – perfect for relaxing evenings and sunsets. Casa Ada is located right in the heart of the picturesque village; within a few minutes’ walk, there is a bar, a small supermarket, a Coop, and a very good pizza takeout place. You need a car for beaches and excursion destinations. The colorful town of Bosa is 19 km (12 miles) away, and beaches like Porto Alabe can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The house is ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy tranquility, rural life, and the real Sardinia.
