You can access the Kerlann Campus in 3 minutes and the city center of Rennes in 8 minutes without using your car. Bus stop is 200 m away. We cannot accept babies or children as an extra. The space The Kimi studio is located on the 1st floor of a house in a cul-de-sac. This house is composed of four apartments. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV. All the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, good bedding for a good night's sleep, soft towels for the bathroom and an espresso to start the day off right! Other things to note House Rules: Check-in before 10 p.m. and check-out after 6 a.m., Quiet is requested at night and parties are prohibited. Any additional undeclared person will be charged. No smoking inside.
