It is therefore not suitable for a couple with a child. ﹡Access to your private parking space is via an electric gate using a remote control that will be given to you at the same time as the keys. Guest access The accommodation is a private studio, which will of course be exclusively reserved for you for the duration of your stay. Other things to note The studio is on the beach, in the restaurant district, close to the shops in the city center, including a laundromat 30 meters from the residence. The place is very lively in the summer, without being noisy, and remains lively for most of the year. Parking, difficult in Moriani in summer, will not be a problem for you. A private parking space accessible only with a badge awaits you at the foot of the residence. Moriani has a central position in transport, 30 minutes from Bastia-Poretta airport, 20 minutes from Casamozza train station and the spectacular Corsican rail network, and on the main bus lines. For nature lovers, in addition to the sandy beach, dozens of hiking trails for all levels, in the immediate vicinity, will take you to the villages of the entire Costa Verde, its rivers, its waterfalls... A little further on, you can walk along the canals of Casinca, dating from the 1920s. For heritage lovers, the villages of the region will delight you with their centuries-old houses with such characteristic architecture, and their churches from the 17th and 18th centuries. The studio, although on the beach, is only about 100 meters from the center of Moriani-Plage. All shops are therefore within walking distance. You will have access, of course, to the restaurants and bars of the waterfront, for beautiful lively evenings.
