Ponton House is located in Palmanyola just 7 minutes from Palma city, close to the Sierra de Tramontana mountain range, without a doubt an excellent location. Perfect holiday home for families, cyclists, couples, groups or mountaineers who want a holiday in a quiet place and fully equipped for up to 8 people and has all the amenities. The space The house has 4 double bedrooms and is spread over 2 levels: On the ground floor we have 2 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, the kitchen, dining room, a bathroom, the utility room and the garage. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 balconies and a toilet. It has a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster and many other utensils. Outside there is a garden, a barbecue, a swimming pool with sunbeds and an outdoor bathroom. Wi-fi connection available. Since July 2016 a sustainable tourism tax of 1,20€ per adult person is mandatory by the Balearic Government. Flexible check in and check out time depending on holiday occupancy. Guest access If you are cyclist you can keep your bikes in the garage and you can also use the tools to fix them.
