Hello! Welcome to our cozy Airbnb home for the 2025 summer season! We're excited to host you for a minimum stay of 30 nights. Please note that our check-in and check-out days are available on the 1st, 15th, 30th, or 31st of each month. Our four thoughtfully designed apartments offer a cozy, home-like atmosphere for guests seeking a comfortable retreat. Fully furnished and ready to accommodate families and groups of friends, our apartments are ideal for those who want to experience the stunning nature, crystal-clear seas, and underwater beauty of Karaburun. With varying sizes and features, each apartment can host up to 4 guests. Each apartment offers breathtaking views of the peninsula’s most picturesque bays, including Mimoza and Bodrum Bays. You’ll also enjoy a view of Saip and Ambarseki Villages, which spread across the lower slopes of Bozdağ, along with a view of the town center to the right. Our location is truly a gem! You can easily reach Mimoza Bay or Aslanburnu on foot. Here’s a quick guide to nearby attractions: 3-minute walk to Mimoza Bay (400m) 2-minute walk to Aslanburnu Rocks (250m) 6-minute walk to Alman Bay (600m) 12-minute walk to Bodrum Bay (1200m) 3-minute drive to Bodrum Bay and Incirli Bay (1000m) 8-minute drive to Kuyucak Beach Apartment Access: The house has two separate entrances. Guests access their independent apartments by using the stairs on the left side of the building, entering through the yellow main door. Each apartment is independent and features its own private balcony. The apartment you’re currently viewing, Apartment 2, is ideal for groups of up to 5 people. It’s located on the first floor and can be accessed by stairs (there is no elevator). As homeowners, we reside on the garden floor and enjoy a completely independent living space, separate from the guest apartments. Amenities: Each apartment is equipped with all the kitchenware you need for cooking – just do your shopping and you’re ready to go! Apartment 2 includes a washing machine and a dishwasher for your convenience. We provide clean bed linens, pillows, and both head and body bath towels according to the number of guests. We follow the tradition of not offering ironing services at Nimka House (a summer house custom!). All linens and towels are washed at 60°C and dried naturally in the sun. Upon your arrival, you’ll find one roll of toilet paper and one paper towel in each apartment. For subsequent supplies (toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.), you’ll need to make your own purchases. Note: Each apartment includes a dustpan, broom, and mop for light daily cleaning. We do not provide extra cleaning supplies. If you'd like a detailed cleaning service, it’s available for an additional fee. A rental agreement will be signed at the start of your stay. Please note that electricity and water usage fees are the responsibility of the guest. Barbecues are not permitted on the balconies. However, we have a designated outdoor seating area, shaded by an orange sunshade, where guests are welcome to barbecue and relax. Balcony awnings are installed during the first week of May and removed at the end of September. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you take care of small tasks such as taking out the trash, leaving the dishes clean or put away, and gathering used bedding to leave on the bed.
