Flat in Anzere, ski-in

A 30 m2 flat in the center of ski resort Anzere, at the bottom of the piste. This is an L-shaped studio with one comfortable double bed (140x200 cm) and two adult-sized bunk beds (90x200 cm) with high quality mattresses, dining table with 4 chairs, stereo/DVD player and a 32" Full-HD TV with cable channels, a collection of films. Equipped kitchen (3 hotplates, baking oven), refrigerator (V-Zug Quiet Comfort), microwave oven, coffee machine, raclette. Separate shower room and WC. Free parking. The space The studio is ideal for 2 adults but can accommodate up to two adults and two children (up to 17). There is fast WiFi (100 Mbps) and a laptop PC for the guests. Bed linen and towels are available to rent at 25 CHF per person, or you can bring your own. Two sunning recliners are available for use on the chalet's common terrace. The chalet is at the foot of the piste, so it is possible to ski practically up to the door. From the window one can see the Village ski lift and its entire piste. There is a private heated locker downstairs for the skiing equipment. There are two pairs of skis there with poles and two sleds which guests can use if they wish. The apartment is located at the heart of ski resort Anzère which has a cozy atmosphere of a community due to the unique layout centered around a large car-free public area, calm and safe. Just downstairs are a nice restaurant, a bakery-cafe, a pizzeria, a painting studio (great for kids) and a sports shop. Also within immediate reach are other shops, restaurants, a large playground and water canal Bisse de Sion (visible from the window) and in winter a skating rink (free to use) and a "magic carpet" ski lift with a sledging piste and a short skiing piste (also free). A few steps away is a wellness center with saunas, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools. The gondola operates in summer and is only 300 meters from the chalet. It is allowed to take bikes up in the gondola and there are some incredible biking paths from the top (or middle) of the mountain down to the village, or along the Bisse, or all the way down to Sion! (From Sion you can return with the bike by bus.) One can also rent special fat tire scooters for going down the slopes. Crans-Montana with its world famous golf courses is only a few kilometers away. Anzere can be easily reached by car (20 min. from Sion) or by train and bus. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. Tourist tax is included in the rental price. Guest access Entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note Free outdoor parking next to the building is available for 1 car. Also indoor parking under the building is available at extra cost.
