Perhaps it’s a good chance to slow down your pace for a short while, recharge and record some memorable urban experiences! The space We provide: - Hair Dryer - Kettle - Water Dispenser - Microwave - Pot, Pan, Wok, Rice Cooker, Gas Stove, Cutlery, etc. - Fridge - Garment Steamer - Washing Machine - Basic Cleaning Tools - Shampoo & Shower Cream (Towels are not provided) - BBQ Rack only (Please place it at BBQ area only) - Reading Area - Smart TV - Air conditioners & Fans - Wifi - First Aid Kit - Fire Extinguisher - Extra Bedding + RMXX each for full set bedding (pm me) Other things to note - Not suitable for pets - No smoking - Events allowed - Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after. - Please turn off airconds when you are not home. - Please let us know if something has been broken or damaged. - Do not move the mattress which is already on the bed frame. - Always try to keep the noise level at a point where it doesn’t upset the neighbours. Please keep the volume low after 11.30pm. Important Notice: 1. Party crackers/Smoking inside the house are prohibited (RM300 will be fined). 2. Please read House Rules. 3. Any damage in the unit/building facilities will be charged accordingly. 4. If Room Door is locked and can’t be unlocked using password, please Wsapp/call us immediately. 5. Only Faber Castell Tack It (white) is OK to use on the wall. Double sided tape is not allowed. Deposit: RM300 refundable deposit required for check in. (bank transfer/e-wallet) Deposit will be refunded upon check out via bank transfer once cleaning/fogging has been done.
