Private & Spacious Apt Near Cville in Wine Country

Private apartment (for up to 4) in gorgeous southern Albemarle County - 1 mile from Pippin Hill & great launching spot for countless other wineries, breweries, cideries, hiking and everything else Cville has to offer! 750 sq ft with separate keyed entry for complete privacy includes large bedroom with king bed; living room with 60" TV, futon (sleeps 2), eating area, mini-fridge, Keurig & microwave; and large bathroom with two sinks. 15 minutes from downtown Cville. The space The suite is the ground level (NOT underground) of our house - it's a completely private space with a lot of natural light. (There's a separate keyed entrance for you.) There is a large living room, huge plasma TV with bluray player (and lots of DVDs) as well as king sized bed and television for streaming your favorite shows. Bathroom is large with two sinks and tub/shower. We have a fire pit out back that you are welcome to use. We've stocked the suite with everything we could think of: mugs, wine and drinking glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, napkins, paper towels, bottle opener, wine opener, hair dryer, iron and ironing board as well as essentials like paper towels/napkins/shampoo/soap. You'll have coffee and cream for in the AM. We've put together a notebook for you that answers all of the questions we could think of - but if we forgot something, just let us know. This is our home and we are around. While we hear next to nothing from downstairs (you will not disturb us), we do a lot of living on the main level. We try our best to keep it down in the late evenings and early mornings, but if we're ever bothering you, please text us! Guest access When you look at the photos, your entrance is the sliding glass doors on the back of the house. The suite is separate from the rest of the house, so when you enter, you're in your own space. You don't have access to the rest of the house, and we don't have access to your apartment! All of the pix on Air BNB are accurate: you'll have a large living room, good sized bedroom, and full bath with two sinks and tub/shower combo. There is a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot and toaster, but no stove/oven. We have a fire pit out back with adirondack chairs and firewood that you are welcome to use. Our large driveway has plenty of room for your car (or cars). Our wrap-around front porch has a hammock and a couple of rocking chairs that you are welcome to use. Other things to note Harpo is our goldendoodle. Amazingly cute and friendly - he's a bundle of energy and quite exuberant. Moji is our black ninja cat - also super friendly.
