In the heart of the beautiful Azun valley, triplex apartment completely renovated in a charming 45 m2 stone and wood chalet, quietly located at the exit of the village, 10 minutes by car from the summer/winter resort of Couraduque, 8 km from Argelès gazost, 500 m 2 garden with a superb view of the mountains. The space On the ground floor: 18 m2 living room/kitchen open to the garden, bathroom and toilet 1st floor: one bedroom with double bed, an adjoining room serving as a small reading room with extra bed possible (sofa bed for 2 people) 2nd floor: one bedroom with 2 single beds (can be pushed together to create a double bed) Outside: terrace + large independent garden with 2 picnic tables + private parking, locked outdoor room. Let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to accommodate you as best as possible. If your arrival time is not within the reception time slot, you will have access to a lockbox. Extra fees (to be paid upon arrival): If you don't want to do the cleaning at the end of your rental, the amount of the cleaning package will be 50 euros. IMPORTANT: linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels are not provided, remember to bring your own. We offer bed linen and towel rental services at the following rates for the duration of the rental: Double room: €15 sheets + pillowcases + duvet cover Single bed: €10 sheet + pillowcase + duvet cover Bath towel + washcloth: €5/person Also available free of charge at the chalet: baby cot, baby high chair, sleds, baby bath, barbecue, books, tourist information, outdoor lockable room for bicycles/skis, outdoor picnic tables, deckchairs, hairdryer, raclette machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave combination, blankets, pillows and duvets.
