A charming turn-of-the-century villa for all nature lovers with 150 m² of living space and 400 m² of private lake access is available for rent. It is located in our private park and forest area of about 65,000 m². Sports lovers have the opportunity to jog, swim, take walks or simply enjoy the tranquility. The villa has a kitchen, 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Wildlife on the property The space We have reserved Wi-Fi, Amazon Prime TV, a large terrace and about 400 m² of our lake grounds just for you. A bottle of champagne is ready for you as a welcome gift. A private motorboat can be used for you by arrangement. The Pyramidenkogel can be reached in 40 minutes directly from our property. Wi-Fi, Amazon Prime, a big terrace and sole use of the 400 m² beach is reserved for you. Jogging and hiking on our own lakeside wooded area will give you stunning moments. Other things to note The house has to be given back swept clean, all trash in bag, dishes in dishwasher and all furniture back on the same place The house should be left swept clean, all garbage in garbage bags, dishes in the dishwasher and all furniture back in its original place. For dogs, extra cleaning fees of €100 per dog are charged and the local tax is also to be paid on site at €2.70 per person per night.
