The space The Kite, Upper Torrs View is located in private grounds to the rear of our family home. A brand new, bespoke, two-bedroom holiday home, both en-suite with the very latest air filtration system operating throughout the property 24/7. The large sofa bed is available on request. Enjoy a first floor master bedroom with a large private balcony. The 2nd double bedroom is on the ground; twin beds can be prepared on request. Fully equipped kitchen with integral washer/dryer, dishwasher. Separate downstairs WC, WiFi, SmartTV, heating and plenty of outside storage for bikes, golf clubs and sports equipment . Guest access The detached property is accessed by steps from your private parking space to the front of our family home and up a gentle path to the side of our family home. The property is located in private grounds to the rear of our family home. Our guests will enjoy absolute privacy and take comfort in knowing that their host is nearby, should they require help in the event of emergency or any additional support or information. Other things to note We provide parking for the duration of your stay and the single parking space is private so no risk of damage and monitored by cctv 24/7. Sensible shoes always needed for walking and we provide details of local taxi drivers that are incredibly reliable and have become our friends. The taxi from the town or harbour back to Fairfield is between £3-£5 and we can provide business cards to help you organise taxi collection in advance.
