The space We rent a king room and queen room in loft. Each has it's own bathroom. The queen room bathroom is on the second floor. We are on Chamonix Lane, West Vail on free bus route. King bedroom with private balcony and bathroom next to room. The loft has a spacious living area with leather sofa, heated throws, cable TV, DVD, HS internet, fully equipped kitchenette and large bar area, dining area, living area with wrap around balcony. There is hot tub, 2 Weber gas and charcoal grills, outdoor fireplace. The entry level is the garage level which is heated and has an entire garage area for putting on ski equipment and storage. In warmer climate the decks have lots of seating areas for dinner and relaxation. Walk to grocery store, bars and restaurants plus you are on the bus route to get to Vail Village and Lionshead. Parking is $30 to 50 a day to ski. I recommend taking the free bus to town. I will occasionally have a non shedding adorable hyperallergentic 20 # cockapoo named Ginger.. Guest access The loft has a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerators, microwaves , oven, coffee machines, toaster, and large sitting eating bar area. There's a living area with leather sleeper sofa, tv, HS internet, bathroom and guests bedrooms. Each room has it's own designated bathroom. Ski and boot storage is heated garage. If I am heading into town I'm happy to take you in too. We have a small hyperallergenic cockapoo Ginger that is very friendly. Other things to note The home has four air hempa filter/ ion /03 purification systems and whole house humidifiers and bedroom humidifiers.
