A quiet, private-entrance space that working guests love. A small kitchenette is adequate for making snacks and simple meals. There is a large closet and bathroom, sitting area and a table at which to work or eat. The space This is a unique space that is close to choices, but feels like it is secluded and private. The space has a separate entrance and access to a deck and sunroom. There is a lovely yard area. There is a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. There is a TV with Netflix access and wireless internet, heat and air for the room. The owner lives in the adjoining house but this space is truly private. The 1 small dog that lives with the owner has access to the fenced back yard, so there may be occasional greetings! Very close to Wend-over Ave/68 area that has several restaurants such as Olive Garden and the Palladium Cinema. You do have to travel down a dirt road to get there. There IS outside motion lights for access to the back entrance. Guest access Back sunroom/porch, back deck and fenced yard. During your stay I let you have your privacy, but I am only a text away if you have a question. I come in to clean the space once a week, for long term guests, at a predetermined time when guests are not there. Other things to note The kitchenette is just that, a small space for making snacks or microwaving and toasting. Full-on cooking would be hard to do unless you have a magic pot or something!
