We offer you 5 houses, the result of the restoration in stone, wood and forging of the old factory of El Chocolatero that distributed the famous chocolate on donkeys throughout the region. Nature and Rest The space *La Cimera- Arriba, as its name suggests and with a running gallery of artisan forging that allows you to enjoy the central courtyard under cover; two spacious bedrooms with uniquely designed artisan forging headboards (one with a 1.50m bed and another with two 1.05m beds); two full bathrooms with careful rustic decoration and a whirlpool tub (double Jacuzzi system: air bubble bed and side massage jets with water), and the spacious living-dining room with a stone and wood fireplace, in addition to the fully equipped kitchen. 1.40m sofa bed for 1 or 2 people in the living room. La Quinta del Chocolatero consists of 5 complete accommodations of different capacities that can be rented independently or jointly (in which case there is also the possibility of having a common room of 60 m with an attached kitchen to meet everyone to eat or chat), surrounded by 2,000 m of gardens with barbecues. Our accommodations have their own names: - El Sobrao and Casa de Masar, intimate and cozy (2/4 people - specially designed for romantic couples with or without children). - La Bajera and La Cimera, warm and comfortable (4/6 people - suitable for couples with children, two couples or friends). - La Carbonera, a cozy duplex with its own garden (2/3 people - ideal for couples who want to love each other and small families) Check with the property if you need to add the price according to Current Offers for more adults or children on a sofa bed and well-behaved pets are welcome subject to an additional cost, which would be paid directly to the property upon arrival. Guest access Our accommodation is fully rented so you are assured that during your stay you will not live with any other guests. Our accommodations have individual entrances, and our guests only share the garden or passage areas. You have 2000 m of gardens with fruit trees to share between 4 accommodations with two large barbecues. Each accommodation has its own garden furniture. Other things to note During the lockdown, we optimized our cleaning procedures, adapting them to the current protocols recommended for a "Covid Free" environment. We have adjusted our rates with Offers for stays until September 30, not charging supplements for children on sofa beds. We have also created special Discount Offers for those dates, refundable cancellation conditions and maximum flexibility in postponing the dates of the stay if necessary due to the circumstances we are experiencing.
