Located in a peaceful area & parking free outside the property. The space Set across two floors, this characterful home boasts an open-plan area to enjoy family time and socialising easily. On the ground floor is the large lounge with a big leather L shaped sofa, suitable for approx 6-7 people, Smart 55inch Sky TV, DVD player making the lounge the hub for entertainment. Large windows make the room light and give the wonderful views of the River Severn. Down stairs is the bathroom, complete with bath and over bath shower, king-sized bedroom and also single bedroom. Upstairs is the kitchen diner and the double bedroom. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped and houses an american-style fridge freezer with water and ice, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, twin oven with gas hob and a coffee maker. A dining table suitable for the maximum of 5 guests is located up here with great views too. A hallway suitable for shoes and boots, bike storage too. Guest access This is a full let so the whole place is yours to enjoy. Other things to note We have a damage deposit policy, so before arrival I take a damage deposit; this is returned within 24hrs of checking out should the property be in the perfect state it was found (no damages).
