Free private parking for 4 cars away from the busy road. From the renovation of this old barn, 3 bedrooms were born in a pretty Aveyron farmhouse from 1896 made of stone and slate roofs. Whether you are stopping over or staying between Rodez and Albi, Rouet-Nature will be the ideal place to rest (no busy road, no neighborhood) to fully enjoy the local gastronomy and discover the rural heritage of Aveyron. Each morning you can enjoy a hearty and gourmet breakfast (included in the price of the room), served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on the sunny terrace and for cooler mornings in the dining room. It consists of a selection of breads from our country baker. The cake and orchard jams offered are homemade. A seasonal fresh fruit salad also complements this buffet as well as fruit juices. Among a wide choice of hot drinks, you will have the pleasure of finding coffee, tea or traditional hot chocolate. The apple juice from our producer Jean-Claude will refresh you throughout this wonderful moment. For the table d'hôtes, we offer typical Aveyron dishes but also healthy cuisine full of vitality with gentle steaming. We work almost exclusively with producers from Aveyron and Tarn, most of whom are engaged in organic or sustainable agriculture. The table d'hôtes is shared with all guests*, it is subject to reservation at least 24 hours in advance, we offer "homemade" with 3 formulas: Gourmet ♡Menu: -(aperitif-starter-main course-dessert-wine-coffee-herbal tea) at the price of €35/pers. OR - (aperitif-starter-main course or main course-dessert-wine-coffee-herbal tea) at the price of €30/pers (specify your choice) ♡ Vegetarian menu: (aperitif-starter-main course-dessert-coffee-herbal tea) for €30/pers. A common room is at your disposal with a desk (board games in the drawers), a foosball table, club armchairs to consult tourist flyers, reading, a collective kettle tray and Wi-Fi. Outside, collectively, you can enjoy the garden, terrace, deckchairs and sunbathing as well as the private spa by reservation. Other things to note We have very sociable chickens roaming free in the garden and Mixmi the neighbor's cat who adopted us but lives outside!
