You can enjoy a movie night on the 65" 4K Ultra HDTV + 4K Apple TV with fast, reliable Wi-Fi for all your streaming needs. Prepare to be amazed by the kitchen. When it's time to rest, prepare for an exceptional night's sleep. The "incredibly comfortable" king-sized bed is complemented by a full pillow menu designed to cater to every preference. You'll find a range of options, from cool, firm latex pillows to soft, plush hotel-style choices on the bed and high and low-profile pillows in the wardrobe. Every bed is made with fresh, high-quality linens, and our bathrooms are stocked with Sheridan towels, promising a truly personalised and restorative stay. Guest access You will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to the entire Pool House, the expansive deck, and of course, the stunning private pool. This is your private sanctuary to enjoy. Our property is home to two separate retreats. To ensure absolute privacy for everyone, we kindly ask that you enjoy the Pool House and its immediate gardens and refrain from approaching the other dwelling (the Creek House). We ensure its guests do exactly the same, giving you complete peace and seclusion. For those wishing to explore the beautiful Snows Creek, we have opened up a pathway that you can access directly opposite the caravan. Parking is also provided for your convenience directly outside the house. Other things to note A WARM WELCOME FOR PETS We genuinely love hosting your furry friends! To ensure the retreat remains pristine for all guests, we just ask you to follow a few house rules. FURNITURE: Please keep pets off beds and sofas. If you know your pet loves to cuddle, you must bring your own blankets to cover our furniture completely. CANE TOADS: As with any rural property in this area, cane toads may be present. Their poison is highly toxic to dogs. Please ensure your pet is supervised at all times and does not interact with any toads. RAT BAIT: We use pet-proof bait stations to manage rodents, which are a natural part of the ecosystem. While securely placed, it is still possible for a dog to find a poisoned rodent. We kindly ask that you keep an eye on your pet and contact a vet immediately if they show any signs of illness.CLEANLINESS: Please clean up after your pet, both inside and out. To avoid extra cleaning fees, please ensure pets are clean and dry before coming inside. SPECIAL OFFER FOR PET PARENTS We love seeing your pets enjoying their vacation! THE JOURNEY TO YOUR RETREAT Our beautiful, secluded location is part of the magic. The final stretch of the journey is on a classic unsealed hinterland road. It's well-maintained and suitable for any standard 2WD or 4WD vehicle, but we advise taking it slow to enjoy the scenery and navigate any bumps. Be aware that our local wildlife (wallabies and birds) are not car-savvy and can be unpredictable, so please drive with care, especially at dawn and dusk. CONNECTIVITY IN THE HINTERLAND To help you fully unwind, please note there is not much mobile phone reception in our valley. We highly recommend turning on your "Wi-Fi Calling" feature before you arrive; our fast Wi-Fi will then allow your phone to work seamlessly. Please have your driving directions loaded before you leave the nearest town. KEEPING YOUR SANCTUARY PERFECT To ensure the property is always at its best, our maintenance team may need to visit during your stay. This includes our gardener, pool technician, or a cleaner accessing the laundry facilities. Your privacy is their absolute priority.
