Quiet and cozy Priest Lake getaway
Description
2BR (+ screen porch) 1BA quiet home at beautiful Priest Lake. This is a secondary lot with a 3-5 min walk to a shared beach. Quiet & cozy home in Priest Lake with easy access to town of Coolin and the Spokane airport (2 hrs). Sleeps 6; dogs are negotiable. Hiking & biking trails + swimming in the lake is steps away. Note this is in a quiet neighborhood so those looking for large groups or big parties (we understand!), please look elsewhere. Seasonal rental May-Oct. No wifi. The space 2BR (+ screen porch with bunk bed), 1BA quiet home with short walk to beach + hiking / biking trails. Cozy and charming home located in Priest Lake. This is a secondary lot with a 3-5 min walk to a private beach that is shared with our neighborhood (home is not waterfront). It has easy access to town of Coolin; 2 hr drive from Spokane airport. Cavanaugh Resort is a short drive; Hills Resort and town of Nordman about 20 min drive. We can accommodate 6 guests with 2 queen beds in different bedrooms and a bunk bed on the screen porch (delightful in summer!). There is also a pullout couch. You will be just steps to the lake as well as trails for hiking and mountain biking. We provide a lot of information about other recreational activities in the area as well. Amenities include free parking, fully outfitted kitchen, washer/dryer, screen porch with picnic table, use of canoe and beach chairs. There is a DVD player but no cable television and there is not wifi! (We think this is awesome, but FYI). We consider 1 dog if well behaved and will not bark if left in the house (plus commitment to clean up after it). No cats (we are allergic). Please note this home is located in a peaceful and tight-knit community with very few short term rentals. We work very hard to keep our neighbors’ trust, so we look for respectful renters who love Priest Lake and are ready for a quiet getaway and to respect basic rules (picking up after dogs, putting beach chairs and water toys away at the end of the day, no loud parties, respecting campfire regulations – reasonable things). If you are looking for a rambunctious or big-group lake vacation, we understand and sometimes do that ourselves, but would request you rent elsewhere and keep us in mind for getaways of the more quiet and relaxing variety. (thank you!) In your request let us know how many people and that you understand the above. One of our family will meet you at the property to show you around when you arrive. Thank you! Other things to note Four night minimum stay June 1st until after Labor Day
