An exceptional villa for those who wish to experience the best of the Greek Coastline in total privacy. The space Included in the rental agreement is the whole 700sq meters property, pool, gardens and the use of the 2 outside changing rooms, bathroom and shower right next to the pool, the gym on the bottom floor and the 2 parking lots in which up to 5 cars can be parked. The top floor of the house is 250 sq meters and consists of 3 standard bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It also has one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The lower floor consists of a living room and a dining room. This floor is also 250sq meters with a full kitchen and half bath. An additional bedroom is also located on this floor. One more floor is available at 250 sq meters that includes 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms,1 kitchen,living room and dinning space. The gym is located on the ground floor and is approximate 70sq foot and consists of work-out machines (weight lifting bench, bicycle). On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower. There are A/C units in all the bedrooms and in the living room. Please be considerate with their use and turn them off when you are out the villa for more than an hour. The rental agreement also includes: • Fresh Linens(one already on the beds and one BACK UP in the closet of each room), one set of bathroom and pool towels • One time stock of the refrigerator with basic products (if you have any dietary restrictions please let me know!) • Weekly maintenance of the pool and garden ( Please, use the outside showers before entering the pool with sunscreen. We do charge extra if the pool filters are damaged due to excesive sunscreen use.) • Housekeeper is available for an additional fee Please note that, new rental laws have been issued from my country about rental properties and I will require your full name, passport number and issuing country during your stay, so I can add that information to my tax information. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access The house is detached and sits within its own grounds. It is up a hill hence the panoramic views. The main road is close to the villa that road is the only one leading towards and from Athens so since it's a highway it has NO pavement to walk on. Other things to note The house is available all year round and for long term lease upon request and for sale. Special prices apply for long term rent (more than 10 days)!
