Inclusive of smart large screen TV, wifi, Hive heating, tea/coffee, fresh linen and fully functioning kitchen with dishwasher. The space When entering through the front door you are met with the vestibule area before ascending the beautiful wrought iron spindle staircase to the upper two levels of the house. The kitchen is extremely large and spacious, fully kitted with appliances, a kitchen island and a large kitchen table for entertaining. The livingroom is extremely spacious, widescreen smart TV, traditional wooden furniture and a comfy sofa (which can become a sofa bed). The main bathroom comprises a shower over the bath. Heating is controlled via a Hive unit on the kitchen wall. There are two bedrooms on the upper level with window seats that allow for very special views across the viaducts and Cullen Bay - certainly one of the best views in Cullen! An additional compact W/C completes the facilities on the upper level - please note it not easily used with sloped walls hampering standing. Garden access is via a quirky window portal onto a large elevated decking area with table and chairs. A mature garden awaits that with grass areas, established trees and bushes and a wide variety of incredible flowers. Feel free to help yourself to rhubarb and apples! The Laundry room is accessible at the back of the property, positioned below the raised decking - including washing machine, tumble dryer and worktop space.
