This property was originally designed to serve as a hunting lodge and our second home. There are 3 smaller bedrooms and one larger master bedroom. Each bedroom has a private bath, the master having a large whirlpool tub. Focus is on the common areas. There is a widescreen TV with Direct TV service, free high speed internet, a large fireplace, and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a 5-burner cook top, a double convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The space The house sits on an 80 acre parcel and is surrounded by open rolling pastures and farms which provides a country setting with corresponding privacy but is less than three miles from the small town (about 1000 population) of Gregory. The house is just off the scenic southern route to the the South Dakota Black Hills and Mount Rushmore. The house is also located in the heart of South Dakota pheasant hunting and arrangements can be made with an outfitter for pheasant hunting with our house as your home base. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house including an attached, heated garage for pets. No dogs are allowed in the house proper.
