Rose Cottage is ideally placed in rural Normandy for anyone wishing to visit the D-Day beaches or tourist attractions such as Mont-Saint-Michel. The property is ideally located for easy access to several ferry ports making it easy to access from the UK. The space Rose Cottage is one of three self catering holiday gites at the complex in Gorges. It is a charming longere style detached property that started out life as a piggery. There are still some quirky reminders of the property’s past if you know where to look! The cottage is ideal for up to five people sharing, with a double, twin and a small single bedroom. The cottage can be booked on its own or in conjunction with Orchid and / or Lavender cottages for bigger groups. Rose has its own garden as well as having access to a shared courtyard area. Free parking is available. Guest access Central courtyard Other things to note There is a village shop and tabac within walking distance, making it easy to buy bread and baguettes in the morning or to pop down for a beer in the evening. Use of a car is recommended to make the most of the many attractions that rural Normandy has to offer.
